When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way.
Why does shipping take a few days?
Every candle is made to order—hand-poured, labeled, and beautifully packaged before shipping. This process typically takes 2–4 business days, and shipping takes an additional 2–8 business days, depending on your location. We appreciate your patience—good things take time.
Is shipping always free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on every order, no minimums—no surprises at checkout.
Can I smell the candles in person before buying?
Not yet! The Alexis Collection is currently available online only. We include detailed fragrance notes and scent intensity levels to help you choose confidently. We’re also exploring a scent sampler in the future.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. See our Return Policy.
Are your candles safe for people with allergies?
Yes. All of our candles are available in a fragrance-free option, and we use coconut soy wax with cotton wicks—no dyes, no toxins.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Our candles are packaged beautifully and are gift-ready right out of the box.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are made to order and ship from Arizona, where our U.S.-based production partner hand-pours, labels, and packages each candle with care before it's sent your way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship only within the United States.
