Returns We currently do not accept returns on candles or personalized items due to the nature of the products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Replacements or Refunds To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • We'll review your request within 2 business days and offer a solution.

Gift Items If you received your item as a gift, we’re happy to work directly with you to resolve any issues—just include the gift giver’s name or email with your message.
